First take a non stick pan & put ghee or desi ghee and fry dates without seeds, raisins and keep aside. Don't fry too much just roasting it. Than roast dry fruits like pista, badam, kaju, chironji and keep aside. Than at last roast sivaiya (vermicilli) and keep aside..
Now take another non stick pan add 1tr milk and add evaporated milk one tin only (optional)and boil it or u can put khoa also, if u don't have evaporated milk. And boil this in non stick pan after it boils now add ur roasted sivaiya, all dry fruits one by one and stir it very lightly with spoon otherwise it will stick to the bottom and of course add sugar also as per ur taste .. If u like very sweet add more sugar..
And stir it continuously until it boils and becomes thick,, if u want thin u can add more milk and stir it again..
Take a bowl add sivaiya add very little milk and add roasted dry fruits on top of it while serving...
Extra :add a sprinkle of cardamom powder. Even we can sprinkle kesar also a little bit to give a color..
