Pork spare ribs (Use the thinner spare ribs part with very little fat Which is always softer n juicier, cut in small chunks) - 300gm
Ginger - 5 thick slices
Garlic - 3 cloves thickly crushed
Red bell pepper - 1 diced
Shallots - 6-8 nos (cut into 2-4 pieces)
Oil for frying.
For marination
Chinese cooking wine-1/2 tsp
Corn flour-1 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Marinate Pork Ribs for about 10 mins
Prepare sauce in a separate bowl
Soy sauce-1 1/2 tsp
Dark sauce-1/2 tsp
Honey-1 tsp
Method:
Lightly fry the marinated Pork pieces to little yellowish golden, drain aside.
In a pan with little oil, saute the Ginger for 1 min, add Garlic till aromatic, add Shallots and stir till tender and aromatic, add Pork stir for 3-4 mins
Lower the flame to medium, cover and cook for 3-4 mins, add red pepper and stir for 1 min, then add the honey sauce, stir fry till done.
