LAYERED KARANJI / GUJIYA

























Stuffing :- Roasted dry coconut,  Ghee, Roasted chopped dry fruits,  Powdered Sugar.
Cover :- Maida,  Ghee, little salt,  food color, milk.

Roast dry Coconut,  add the dry fruits, sugar  mix and keep it aside for stuffing.
1 cup Maida,  Pinch of salt, warm Ghee,  knead dough.  Keep in moist cloth.
Same way for another  dough add little color.
Roll Roti of white dough,  apply ghee + cornflour paste, put coloured dough chapati,  reapply the paste.  Roll both Roti.
Now Cut in to pinwheel.
Take one pinwheel and roll a puri,place little stuffing at centre,seal the ends with milk and press with fork.
Deep Fry
