200 gm Atta
50 gm Maida
10 gm Yeast
1-2 tbsp butter or oil
10 gm sugar
150 ml water
Salt if oil is used or unsalted butter is used
Sieve flours on kitchen counter.. make a well in centre and place sugar and yeast Little water to activate yeast
Rub the butter slowly in flour add little water and start kneading till a soft dough is formed
Cover with damp cloth and keep it aside for 20 to 30 minutes or till it double in size.
Make equal size balls and give desired shape for base...punch holes using fork and set aside for 20 min cover with wet cloth
Put sum oil or butter on baking dish put the base and required topping and bake at 200 degrees for 10 min
