MUG BROWNIE

EGGLESS CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER























Ingredients:

Maida - 1&1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 3/4 to 1 cup
Milk powder  - 3/4 cup
Butter -  100 gm
Baking powder -  1 tbsp
Baking soda -  1/4 tbsp
Pineapple essence  -  1&1/2 tbsp
Milk -  1 cup


Method:
1. Mix sugar and butter, beat well with hand or by using fork or hand mixer.
2. Now mix all the dry items well,  can use strainer to swift.  Maida + milk powder + baking powder + baking soda.
3.  Now add this dry mixture to sugar mix by spoons and  whisk then add little milk. Continue this till whole dry mix gets mixed well with other items.  There should not be any lumps. It should be a pouring Consistency  of batter.
4. Now add essence  to this mixture.
5. Preheat the cooker for 5 min on high flame by putting 2 cups of rock salt in it and remove the whistle.
6. Grease an aluminum tin with butter and sprinkle  some Maida or pwd sugar on it.  Then pour the mixture and place it in cooker and bake for 25-30 minutes  on very low flame...
7.  Open the cooker after 5 min,  and check with toothpick,  if clear then it's done.
8. Now transfer it  on a plate and decorate with fresh Whipping cream and cherry etc
