Grate one cup wet coconut, just run in mixer once don't pour water.
In a non stick pan take 3 /4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water, boil till it gives the thread effect when touch with fingers.
Add the coconut , roast well on slow fire take care its not sticking ( Add 4 tsp ghee). It will start leaving the pan that's the right form then add elaichi powder or flavor or color if needed. Remove and spread it on greased plate and cut in desired shapes or put in greased mold.
Coconut burfi is ready.
Make In Microwave: Add all the above mix heat for 3 minutes ,then stir ,repeat for 2 more minutes,again stir and heat for a minute
