MUG BROWNIE

BELL PEPPER RICE



















Take 2  teaspoon butter or ghee in a pan.
Add garlic,sliced onion saute for 2 min then all the vegetables like 3 bell papers, carrots, cabbage, corn
Let the vegetables cook.
Then add Salt ,Oregano, Paprika, Black paper, mix herbs.
Then mix steamed rice .Stir everything.
You can garnish with cheese and coriander..
If you want  add tomato ketchup & red chilli paste(soak kashmiri mirchi in  little water & grind)
